  1. This is a HyperCard Stack that merges user input with a predefined PostScript template.  The template included in this stack prints name cards for use at conferences.  This technique can be used with forms and any PostScript effect.  The stack uses a neat XCMD to send PostScript to any laser printer.         I have lots more templates if anyone is interested.  It is also easy to create your own templates.
